Role Purpose

The role is responsible for executing Business Continuity Risk Assessment for all vendors and ensuring compliance to internal processes requirement.

Role Accountability

  1. Execute BCRA (Business Continuity Risk Assessment) of new vendor and for existing vendors at defined frequency
  2. Support VRM team to perform risk assessment of active vendors and multiple SOW's, addendums of existing vendors which adds up to validated vendor Information sheet submission to VRM team by coordinating, guiding and validating VI sheet and financial documents prepared by business users
  3. Determine Supplier concentration risk and associated service level risk for unique vendors as well as for new vendors by conducting periodic assessment of vendor base to determine risk rating of a vendor
  4. Monitor & control on VI & BCP tickets and guide Business Users while answering the BCP Tickets
  5. Check specific controls on PR site activation/deactivation of vendors basis VRM team request
  6. Ensure updation of RAN ID in SNAPS/ERP for newly on-boarded vendors & newly signed SOWs
  7. Carry-out quarterly audit on commercial T&C signed in contract with vendors (Product/Service cost, Payment terms & other T&C)
  8. Designate SPOC from Sourcing for SNAPS/ERP testing on quarterly basis
  9. Execute all mandated compliance related activities and prepare monthly reports
  10. Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence

Measures of Success

  1. Timely completion of BCRA
  2. Timely completion of compliance tasks
  3. Zero escalations from the VRM team
  4. Ensure 100% Compliance to internal processes requirement
  5. Timely and accurate updating of process documentation
  6. Process Adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

Knowledge of industry best practices related to risk assessment frameworks, Audit and Compliance.
