Role: Assistant Manager – WFM Integration
Practice: Human Capital Advisory (HCA)
Location: Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad

The role focuses on supporting Workforce Management (WFM) integration engagements across multiple geographies, with emphasis on UKG Pro WFM implementations. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with global teams, lead client-facing activities, and provide workforce management consulting across the full system implementation lifecycle. Candidates should have 6-8 years of relevant experience and be comfortable working in a dynamic client environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Support client projects involving Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Labor Scheduling, and other WFM processes and systems.
• Apply workforce management expertise to solve complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
• Participate in end-to-end WFM implementation activities, including:
  • Discovery
  • Design
  • Configuration
  • Build
  • Testing
  • Knowledge Transfer
  • Migration
  • Post-Production Support
• Contribute to thought leadership, methodologies, tools, and collateral to strengthen WFM offerings.
• Build and maintain strong client and project team relationships.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk management requirements.

Job Qualifications

Experience

• 6-8 years of Workforce Management Integration experience.
• Experience in operating model design and employee experience transformation.
• Experience with US and multi-geo clients is preferred.
• Project management experience is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Workforce Management (WFM) expertise.
• SQL Database Programming (MS Transact SQL, Relational Databases) preferred.
• Boomi Professional Developer Certification is a plus.
• Quality Assurance testing experience.
• Understanding of FTP and secure file transfer technologies.
• Data mapping and specification documentation experience.
• Process mapping and documentation expertise using Visio and similar tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
