
Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

Job Responsibilities:
• Support settlement team supporting the growth of Treasury business in the market include Fixed Income, Repo, Certificate of Deposit, DCM
• Participate in new business initiatives, and ongoing regulatory project supports for Capital Market Settlement team (i.e. BondConnect, Bond Shortsell)
• Supporting oversea branches and CNCB related transactions
Requirements:
• Secondary education or above is preferred.
• Preferably with 1 - 5 year of banking experience in Treasury Settlement
• In-depth knowledge of the best banking practices in various banking products
• Good understanding of Treasury Products especially fixed income product, IRS, FX & MM
• Experience in Central Clearing processing and HKTR reporting
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
