About The Role

To ensure treasury governance and operational efficiency in China.

How You Will Do It

  1. Cash planning and financing management
  • Coordinate with all entities for cash flow forecast in direct method.
  • Assist on the execution of WOFE entities financing proposal, include capital injection, intercompany loan , external borrowing and JV dividend payment.
  • Coordinate facility line annual review and audit treasury related.
  1. Bank account management
  • Bank structure / bank account set up and maintenance in considering the RTC cash management arrangement, local practice, and local regulation requirements.
  • Manage e-banking access, related functions setup.
  • Lead to coordinate the annual bank account inspection and internal & external audit affairs related to bank account
  1. Payment Approval
  • Work with P2P team for paying banks communications
  • Closely monitor each bank account balance and arrange funds transfer as needed
  • Execute payment approvals by evaluating cash positions from liquidity perspective
  1. Trade finance and daily cash management
  • Ensure smooth operation & provide consultancy on bank guarantee and letter of credit related affairs
  • Maintain and enhance relationship with local banks to ensure bank facilities are executed and implemented smoothly
  • Support on the foreign bank’s credit facilities review and implementation
  • Daily cash position monitoring and cash pooling management
  1. FX management
  • Assist to maintain a good working relationship with SAFE. Provide support to ad hoc inquiries to business partners.
  • Ensure periodical and ad-hoc SAFE reporting on time and accurate submission
  • Assist regional treasury team on the readiness of valid dealing mandate and other requirements
  1. BAD / CAD management
  • Keep updated and implement treasury guidelines on BAD / CAD.
  • Communicate with different banks for BAD/CAD quotations and get approved for discounting.
  • Maintain BAD list on monthly basis
  1. Projects Support
  • Assist new company set up and old company liquidation with regard to treasury matters
  • Fulfil other ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor.
  1. Others
  • Support on expatriate related banking affairs, e.g., bank card affairs coordination.

What We Look For

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above with major in finance, accounting, or economics.
  2. At least 4-5 years’ working experiences in treasury areas. MNC treasury experience will be a plus
  3. Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
  4. Good command of Microsoft Office incl. Excel, Power point etc.
