Job Responsibility
1) Supports the Manager in delivering product & technical training, productivity workshops and MDRT development programs.
2) Provides support to the Head of Department in ensuring training compliance, including developing and delivery agency compliance programs, and verifying that all training programs and systems meet regulatory requirements.
3) Supports/involves in any agency new project/initiatives and prompt support for any adhoc task assigned by Superior/ Head of Academy/Management
Job Requirement
1) 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales/product training
2) Degree in Business/Finance or training-related field.
3) Strong facilitation and product knowledge.
4) Facilitation, coaching and program delivery skills.
