  • Partner with the Wholesale team on joint business planning, seasonal account plans, growth opportunities, and the commercial calendar.
  • Develop and manage account marketing plans, including campaign briefs, retail activations, product storytelling, in-store and digital support, asset requirements, timelines, budgets, and trade investment.
  • Work with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising to align product priorities, seasonal stories, and retail execution to the shopper journey and account growth plans.
  • Deliver partner events, trade moments, product launches, retail activations, and conferences that engage wholesale account teams, including store staff, and bring brand, product, and seasonal stories to life.
  • Support sell-in and sell-through by creating clear, commercially relevant marketing plans that help drive product awareness, conversion, and account growth.
  • Track campaign performance against agreed KPIs, including revenue, sell-through, and ROI measures where relevant, and share clear learnings with Wholesale, Marketing, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Lead regular alignment meetings to keep account, marketing, merchandising, VM, creative, budget, and execution plans on track throughout the go-to-market process.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships with Wholesale, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Sports Marketing, Creative, and broader Marketing teams to deliver connected and commercially relevant account plans.
  • Partner with wholesale account teams to align plans, secure approvals, hand over assets, and ensure activity is delivered to the agreed standard.
  • Ensure wholesale partner execution remains consistent with Under Armour’s brand direction across retail, digital, social, event, and VM environments.

Strategy

  • Use account insights, shopper behaviour, retail performance, and campaign results to inform planning, optimise activity, and improve future performance.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate Under Armour within wholesale environments while balancing commercial priorities, partner requirements, and brand standards.

Agency and Creatives Management

  • Manage project-based agency relationships (internal and external partners), including schedule management, approvals, research and analysis of agency performance, and partnering with Procurement on costs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing or related experience in sport, retail, or consumer goods, with demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Wholesale, Merchandising, and Visual Merchandising teams.
  • Experience managing account-based trade marketing plans, partner activations, or wholesale retail campaigns that support commercial objectives.
  • Experience planning and delivering conferences, partner events, or account engagement moments for wholesale, retail, or store teams.
