We place strong emphasis on ongoing professional development; therefore, candidates are encouraged to pursue further certifications and training relevant to the latest advancements in manufacturing technologies, quality management frameworks such as ISO standards, and operational excellence methodologies applicable to the automobile and agricultural machinery sectors.
Additional qualifications or training in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management (TQM) are highly beneficial and valued, enabling the candidate to lead improvements and innovations confidently within the manufacturing environment.
Applicants should bring a minimum of 12 years of comprehensive experience in manufacturing settings, with a preference for those experienced within the automobile or tractor industries. This experience must demonstrate a progressive trajectory involving increased responsibilities, particularly in leading sizeable teams, streamlining manufacturing operations, and managing operational costs.
Proven expertise in implementing Lean manufacturing principles, enforcing rigorous quality assurance standards, and managing compliance with both internal and statutory audits is essential. The candidate must show familiarity with managing complex manufacturing ecosystems and driving the adoption of best practices that enhance productivity and quality outcomes.
Experience with multiplayer team coordination, fostering safety culture, and promoting employee engagement in continuous improvement initiatives will be instrumental for success in this role.
Critical success in this position hinges on demonstrable experience in leading large, multidisciplinary manufacturing teams, particularly within the tractor or automotive production sectors. Candidates must illustrate a clear history of establishing and refining manufacturing systems and process technologies that yield distinct competitive advantages.
Expert-level proficiency in operational cost management techniques and the execution of Lean Production System methodologies is non-negotiable. You should have substantial experience driving quality excellence via robust Quality Assurance procedures, efficient complaint management processes, and navigating compliance audits efficiently.
Mastery in deployment of industry best practices such as poke-yoke, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and KAIZEN is essential to continuously uplift operational performance.
