Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Overall Responsibilities The adult's wear Technical Design Assistant Manager will support the Technical Design Manager in overseeing the technical design process for adult apparel. This role involves ensuring the accurate translation of design concepts during development stage into production-ready garments, maintaining quality standards, and leading adult's team of technical designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult apparel design, pattern making, and garment construction, along with proven leadership and project management skills.

1- Handle end to end product's technical support till all necessity tech quality standard into bulk production, right on-time delivery.• Collaborate with design and product development teams to interpret design concepts into technical specifications.• Create and review technical packages including sketches, measurements construction details, and bill of materials (BOM).• Ensure accuracy and consistency in fit, sizing, and construction across all adult apparel products.• Resolve fit issues and construction challenges to ensure high-quality production• Collaborate with merchandisers, buyers, suppliers, oversea office tech team to complete the whole process of sample approval, work pattern making / grading / marker making or sample assessing working experience.

2- Adult's Team leadership• Lead fit sessions meeting with headquarter, evaluate samples, and provide detailed feedback to vendors and internal teams.• Develop and maintain in PLM, Teams standard block patterns for adult apparel library.• Supervise and mentor a team of technical designers, providing guidance and support for their professional development.• Assign tasks, set priorities, and synergy teammates to balance peak/low working time ensure expected timelines are met.• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.• Evaluate adult's teammates performance, and assist manager setting team training/developing planning, seamlessly align to the company vision.• Identify opportunities to improve adult's wear technical design processes, tools, and workflows.• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in technical design job.• Stay updated on in the charge of brands of adult apparel design and technology related.

3- Vendor and Cross-Functional Collaboration• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure technical feasibility and quality standards.• Liaise with design, production, and quality assurance teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

• Proven at least 10+ years of working experience.• At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.• Up to date with the latest garment design-construction trends and best practices• Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques, and sensibility for costing/design.• Ability to sizing, specifications, grading, resolving variety fitting issues & modify pattern by CAD, Gerber preferred• Above bachelor's degree in garment engineering or related field• Excellent verbal and written communications skills• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, Excel, PPT, MS Team, drawings• Flex PLM system experience is a plus• Knowledge of sustainable and innovative Tech Design practices is a plus
