(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)

You will be responsible for:
creating a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from attraction to selection and to keep them motivated during the process;
managing end-to-end recruitment process by attracting and selecting the right candidates with right set of skills and competencies and making a hiring decision;
leading early careers hiring activities, including but not limited to interns hiring, graduate programs, campus fairs/events, etc.;
building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings;
supporting the development and implementation of innovative recruitment channels and network to support the talent acquisition activities to cope with the growth of the organization;
keeping abreast of the recruitment best practices, talent market trends, emerging tools and technologies and provide sourcing advice to hiring managers;
assisting in execution of employer branding initiatives, leveraging various channels and programs to attract top talent;
understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the user departments to feed into recruitment timelines;
maintaining data metrics relates to setting up recruiters’ performance targets and related measures; and
performing any other duties from time to time as the Authority reasonably directs.
You should:
possess a recognised university degree preferably in HR Management, Business Management or related disciplines;
have approximately 7-8 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition with sizable organization;
have proven track record of successfully hiring under high volume and short timelines;
Strong track record in campus recruitment and building university partnerships;
have in-depth understanding of multiple recruiting and social media platforms and demonstrate agility by working in a fast-paced environment with ever changing demands;
possess exposure to using Workday would be an advantage;
have strong team work, with can-do attitude and attention to detail skill;
be able to work independently and have good organization and communication skills; and
be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Stretching across 40 hectares of reclaimed land, WestK is one of the largest cultural projects in the world, blending art, education and open space.
Its vision is to create a vibrant cultural quarter for Hong Kong where the local arts scene can interact, develop and collaborate. Providing 23 hectares of public open space with two kilometres of vibrant harbour-front promenade it will also include a variety of arts and cultural facilities that will produce and host world-class exhibitions, performances and arts and cultural events.
A Development Plan for the District, based on well-received Foster + Partner’s Conceptual Plan, was approved by the Chief Executive-in-Council in January 2013. Overlooking the magnificent Victoria Harbour, the District will begin to take shape over the next decade.
By developing this sizable project in phases we can start to bring the district to life. The Xiqu Centre, Freespace, Art Park, M+, Hong Kong Palace Museum and Lyric Theatre Complex, will be developed as a first batch of facilities aiming for opening to the public.
Although the whole project will take time to complete, we are already busy organising a wide range of cultural activities on site. Visit our website for details of upcoming events. The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is a statutory body responsible for developing the West Kowloon Cultural District. Led by the Board and an executive team comprising experts from different sectors, our vision is to build a vibrant cultural quarter for the city, dedicated to bringing together local and international artists and audiences to be inspired and to celebrate the arts.
