Position: Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

We provide advanced solutions, including Switches & Crossings (Thick Web Technology) and Ballastless Track systems for High-Speed Rail lines. With a strong presence in West Bengal, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telengana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and key Metro projects in Delhi and Chennai, we are at the forefront of infrastructure development in East and South India.

Education Requirements:

  • B.Tech, B.E, MBA, or any relevant degree

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, or EPC domains
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes for non-IT positions
  • Knowledge of ESI, PF, statutory compliance, on boarding, and off boarding
  • Taking care of issuing Offer Letter, Appointment Letters, Induction to new on boarding employees.
  • Knowledge on Payroll
  • Proficiency in using Naukri job board
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
