We are seeking a self-sufficient and passionateTakaful Assistant Managerwho has to play a pivotal role indrivingtheadoption of Takafuland in growing the Takaful business of Pru Life UK,the first Takaful operator in the Philippines.

The role involves providing direct support inproductideation anddevelopment, marketing, and indeveloping strategic distributionpartnershipsto expandaccesstoShariah-compliant financial protection.

Job Accountabilities

• Support the identification and onboarding ofnew partners to expanddistribution channels.

• Help build long-term relationships withexisting partners tomaintainretention and growth.

• Assistinnegotiating terms, financialschemesand in managing agreements with partners.

• Work with the internal teamsto develop Takaful productsand marketing campaigns for Takaful.

• Monitor product and partnership performance,produce marketing and sales reports,and generate sales forecasts.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Finance, Math, Statistics,Marketing,Islamic Finance,or a related field.
• At least 2 years inproduct development and marketing,partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably within the insurancesector.Knowledgeof and background in Islamic finance preferred. Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Excellentwriting,communication, and presentation skillsandwith the ability tocommunicate complex concepts to bothtechnical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical,problem-solvingand analytical, and interpersonal skills.
