Overall Responsibilities
This role encompasses two primary responsibilities: first, to act as an individual contributor leading supply chain system training and support across the Asia Pacific region by driving user adoption, delivering structured training programs, and providing ongoing system support to enhance operational efficiency and user experience; and second, to serve as a team lead for Direct Ship management, overseeing end-to-end order execution, ensuring timely and accurate processing, driving process improvements, and developing team capabilities to meet business and customer requirements.System Training• Partner with Corporate Training (US) to plan and execute system training initiatives for platforms including Infor Nexus, IBT, PLM, and SAP• Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for employees, vendors, and business partners• Provide ongoing user support through group training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching • Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to enhance training quality and effectiveness • Maintain and continuously update training materials, user guides, and knowledge repositories • Track and manage training records and completion metricsUser Support & System Optimization• Act as the escalation point of contact for system-related issues impacting supply chain and order management processes• Troubleshoot user issues and collaborate with IT teams and system vendors to resolve incidents in a timely manner• Collect and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for system and process improvements • Support system enhancements, testing, and implementation initiatives • Ensure alignment between system functionality and operational requirements
Direct Ship Management• Lead the Direct Ship team in managing end-to-end order processes, including documentation, shipment tracking, and issue resolution• Oversee daily operations and ensure timely and accurate processing of direct ship orders in compliance with customer requirements and company standards• Monitor order flow, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve operational issues • Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, warehouse, customer service, and IT teams to improve workflows • Develop, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)• Act as an escalation point for complex operational and system-related issues
Team Leadership & Development• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members to enhance performance and capability • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations • Allocate resources effectively to optimize team productivity • Support employee development, training, and career progression

Additional Requirements • Tertiary education• Minium 5 years of supply chain fundamentals, with a focus on order management, logistics, and shipping/forwarding processes, to system end users• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing system training or system implementation• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, detailed minded and able to work under pressure• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous• Support end users in troubleshooting order management and shipment-related system issues by bridging the gap between system functionality and supply chain operations• Make sure to follow All the tasks assigned by manager/ team leader on time and accuracy.• Excellent verbal and written communications skills• Independent, self-motivated, and good team player
Language ProficiencyFluent in: English; Mandarin is a plus
