Assistant Manager- Supply Chain

A dynamic and detail-oriented individual is sought for the role of Assistant Manager – Supply Chain to support end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work across procurement, logistics, and inventory functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and support demand forecasting and replenishment
  • Oversee logistics and distribution activities to ensure on-time delivery
  • Support import operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Analyse supply chain performance and prepare reports for management
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Candidate Profile:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

· 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, and import operations.

· Strong knowledge of supply chain processes

· Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
