Solving day to day problems of customers related to material receipt.Sale/Rejection Invoicing ; GRN ; RGP/NRGP; Stock transfer, etc. in SAP.
Material Receipt verification by audit on daily basis.Manpower Management and ensure MH equipment availability.
MIS reports. (TAT/GRN Reconciliation/Material Movement/Short or Excess Receipt.
Observations on problems faced by team and improvement suggestions.Experience of working in SAP, FIFO Management, Inventory management.
Safety of men, machine and material in working area and 5S.
Participation in Quality circle, CRE, Kaizen and yellow belt project.
Routine Liaison with the various departments
