What this job involves:

Support procurement strategies for services supporting facility management sites. Manage administrative and operational activities. Ensure Jones Lang LaSalle sourcing and procurement standards are maintained.

Ensuring client satisfaction:

Responsible for executing the procurement strategy for the JLL account. · Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to provide best possible solutions for the client. · Provide detailed instruction and continuous follow-up to support the Ops Team with standardized RFQ/RFP processes and contracting processes. · Ensure proper communications with the Ops Team. · Identify opportunities to consolidate the supplier base wherever possible to leverage volumes of economy. · Identify suppliers, capabilities, share of businesses, and product pricing to establish standardisation of rates. · Manage information of POs issued by the client and ensure timely issue of POs to suppliers. · Ensure Procurement Dashboards & PO Trackers are maintained as per agreed format and shared with the Finance and Ops Teams. · Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations. · Ensure compliance to JLL standard processes and procedures. · Manage data integrity and provide adhoc reports when required by the management team. · Demonstrate continuous effort to improve procurement operations, decrease turnaround time, and streamline work processes. · Manage information on cost savings and provide reports on cost savings whenever required

Strategic Planning:

Supported by your manager and the India account lead, you’ll prepare business strategies for your country and ensure their success. Maintaining a consistent focus on data integrity and timely delivery against targets will be a key focus of this role. Forecasting and accurately projecting against exponential growth, on this high volume client account will be key to your success.

Meeting the clients’ facilities needs:

You’ll be responsible for working closely with the client to understand their current needs and anticipate future requirements. Your planning and stakeholder management skills will be vital in this role, you will be a key decision making in the procurement and management of vendors and services.

Risk management:

Monitoring adherence against policies, procedures and applicable laws will be your responsibility along with compliance against procurement regulations. Your team will be able to rely on your guidance and support during negotiation activities. You’ll instill a risk-conscious culture within your team to ensure swift risk identification and immediate mitigation besides maintaining regular updates and reporting as per the applicable procedures.

Knowledgeable & confident:

To fit into the role, you must have at least [10] years of relevant experience in facility or property management, preferably within a fast paced and high volume MNC environment. You will have exceptionally high standards and be skilled in relationship management, with strong analytical and presentation skills, as well as financial acumen, you will be equipped with some of the essentials for the job. You should be goal-oriented and possess the ability and confidence to make tough decisions to resolve problems or improve operations.
