Assistant Manager, Social Media

As an Assistant Manager, Social Media at Pure Fishing, you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand’s online presence, connecting with outdoor enthusiasts, and growing our digital community. From crafting engaging posts to analyzing trends, you’ll help tell our story across multiple platforms while keeping our audience hooked. What you will do:
• Create & Curate Content – Develop eye-catching visuals, videos, and text that resonate with our audience.
• Manage Social Media Calendars – Plan and schedule content to align with marketing initiatives.
• Engage with the Community – Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and interact with followers.
• Analyze & Report – Track performance metrics and provide insights to refine strategies.
• Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up with the latest social media innovations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Creators – Work with photographers, videographers, influencers, and content creators to enhance brand storytelling.
• Team Up for Success – Partner with marketing, brand managers, and cross-functional teams to amplify campaigns.

What you will need to succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven social media management experience (internships, personal branding, or previous roles).
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools is a plus.

• A strong sense of storytelling and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
