<strong>The Assistant Manager is responsible for all operations of Smoothie King, including the following</strong>:<br><br>

<li>Learn all franchise policies and ensure the store is following the policies</li>
<li>Learn all franchise procedures for making smoothies and food, and lead the team daily on shifts</li>
<li>Supervise all employees, including Team Members and Team Leaders</li>
<li>Assist the store manager in the hiring and training of all employees</li>
<li>Assist in pushing sales and labor goals</li>
<li>Assist in creating employee schedules</li>
<li>Assist in ordering food and supplies</li>
<li>Wear an "owner's hat" when running the store</li>
