Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

• Develops and execution of strategies and business plans to build portfolio sales and revenue.
• Drives and implements initiatives and campaign to enhance the performance of sales teams.
• Review, develop and execute retention plans to ensure healthy secured lending product portfolio.
• Initiate and execute revenue, cost savings and fee income strategies.
• Identifies key objectives, financial and other performance measures.
• Establish strategic partnerships and synergies to drive portfolio growth.

Business Performance and Management

• Drives P&L growth and customer portfolio growth for secured lending products.
• Development and implementation of portfolio products/services, partnership and marketing communications and/or campaigns to ensure that they are implemented effectively to its targeted customers and that targets and budgets are achieved.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, CIMB policies & procedures, and Department’s policies and procedures.
• Work closely with decision management and CBPA team to obtain insights, enrich and improve customer segmentation and portfolio.
• Develops network and ensuring responsible communication with stakeholders to enhance relationship.
• Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensures compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Accounting/ Finance/ Business/ Economics/ Financial Engineering).

Relevant Work Experience

Min 5 years of experience of elevant banking background in established bank/ financial institutions.
