Pre-sales: Provides technical knowledge, advice and support to sales representatives, resellers and customers during the sales process to resolve requests regarding product/service technical issues and to maximize the benefits derived from the organization's products and/or services.
After-sales: Responsible for planning and executing service activities on technical equipment, including installation, discontinuance, diagnosis, emergency repairs, etc. Minimises equipment downtime, ensures customer satisfaction. Supports claim management. Ensures after sales activities. Plans, organises training activities for customers.
Accountable for the results of medium-sized routine support or production operations teams. Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of a support, production or operations team. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors. Trains team members and provides input to employee performance evaluations. Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager
