About role:
We seek a data-driven SEO AM/Manager to lead our organic and
paid search efforts. You’ll own keyword strategy, technical SEO, local search, and SEM campaigns to boost
rankings, conversions, and ROI. The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor with creative problem-solving and
stays ahead of search trends. Role requires a mix of analytical thinking and creative execution, with a passion
for search trends and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
• Perform keyword research to guide content and paid
campaigns, prioritizing intent, volume, and competition.
• Optimize on-page elements (metadata, content, schema
markup) and fix technical issues (crawl errors, mobile UX, page speed).
• Develop link-building strategies to earn high-authority
backlinks and improve domain trust.
• Partner with content teams to align blogs, product pages,
and landing pages with search intent.
Local SEO (GMB Focus)
• Manage Google My Business profiles, ensuring NAP
consistency, review growth, and local ranking optimization.
• Leverage GMB features (posts, Q&A, photos) to enhance
visibility in map packs and local SERPs. SEM/PPC
Management
• Plan and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Bing) with
A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and bids.
• Align SEM strategies with funnel stages (awareness â
conversion) via remarketing, display ads, and keyword targeting.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track KPIs using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, and paid
dashboards.
• Report on traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI,
translating data into actionable insights.
Industry Leadership
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, tools, and trends to
keep DriveX ahead of competitors.
