Job Description

Our client is a Leading General & Life Insurance Company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Assistant Manager / Senior Officer (Product Management)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for distribution channels in achieving business goals;
  • Participate in product and proposition design, focusing on customer needs and balancing various stakeholders' viewpoints;
  • Support delivery of product initiatives and manage product projects according to requirements and product development standards;
  • Manage and coordinate product development process by coordinating with various stakeholders and ensure quality and efficient deliverables;
  • Monitor and follow up product project plan deliverables including early notification of problems and risk mitigation strategies;
  • Assist to formulate and execute product strategy and communications to channels
  • Undertake post implementation reviews and ongoing tracking on products' competitiveness;
  • Prepare submission and obtain approval of product materials for regulatory review;
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects / marketing campaigns and provide support to other teams as assigned
Requirements:
  • University graduate or above, preferably in Business Administration / Marketing / Statistics / Actuarial or related discipline;
  • Insurance industry professional qualifications (e.g. LOMA, CFA etc.) is an advantage;
  • 4 years+ working experience in product development and marketing in life insurance industry;
  • Proactive and self-motivated in driving for results and continuously improved performance;
  • Attentive to details, independent and good project management, able to work under pressure and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Strong team work and build constructive professional relationship with different stakeholders and distribution channels;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and preferably Putonghua;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
