We are looking for an experienced SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP CO solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving process improvements across finance and controlling functions.

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Controlling processes.
• Configure and support SAP CO modules, including:
  • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
  • Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
  • Internal Orders (IO)
  • Product Costing (PC)
  • Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
  • Cost Object Controlling (CO-PC)
• Design and implement cost allocation cycles, assessments, distributions, and settlement processes.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Work closely with finance teams to optimize management reporting and costing processes.
• Perform gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and interfaces.
• Provide production support and resolve business-critical issues.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementation and enhancement projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6–8 years of SAP CO implementation and support experience.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
  • Internal Orders (IO)
  • Product Costing (Standard & Actual Costing)
  • Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
  • Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
  • Cost Allocations and Settlements
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations and implementations.
• Strong knowledge of integration between:
  • SAP FI
  • SAP MM
  • SAP SD
  • SAP PP
  • SAP PS
• Experience with business process mapping, configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance/Management Accounting experience.
• SAP CO Certification preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, retail, pharma, or consumer goods industries.
• Knowledge of Universal Journal, Margin Analysis, and Fiori applications.
