We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with 6–8 years of hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP development across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in ABAP programming, enhancements, interfaces, forms, reports, data conversions, workflows, and SAP Fiori integration. The candidate will work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to develop, enhance, and support SAP solutions.

Develop, customize, and support SAP applications using ABAP technologies.
Design and develop:
- Reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV)
- Interfaces
- Enhancements
- Forms
- Workflows
- Data Migration Objects
Develop and maintain RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
Work on SAP S/4HANA custom developments, code remediation, and simplification activities.
Develop interfaces using IDoc, BAPI, RFC, OData, SOAP, and REST APIs.
Create and enhance SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms.
Implement User Exits, Customer Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancement Framework objects.
Develop CDS Views, AMDP, and HANA-optimized objects.
Collaborate with functional teams for requirement gathering and technical solution design.
Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Support SAP Fiori and SAP Gateway developments.
Prepare technical specifications, test cases, and deployment documentation.
Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
Strong expertise in:
- ABAP Programming
- Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP)
- ALV Reports
- Module Pool Programming
- Dialog Programming
- Data Dictionary
Hands-on experience with:
- BAPI
- BADI
- User Exits
- Customer Exits
- Enhancement Framework
- RFC
- IDoc
Experience in SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA development concepts.
Experience with CDS Views, AMDP, Open SQL, and HANA optimization techniques.
Exposure to SAP Gateway, OData Services, and Fiori applications.
Knowledge of debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.
Understanding of transport management and SAP development lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
SAP ABAP Development Certification.
Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
Experience in RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
Knowledge of SAP BTP and ABAP Cloud development.

Nice to Have

Experience with SAP Workflows.
Exposure to SAP CPI integrations.
Knowledge of EDI/ALE concepts.
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and SAP Activate methodologies.
Experience working in global AMS and implementation projects.
