- Ensure CRM data integrity and improve hygiene parameters to drive analytics on pipeline data for leadership
- Help with report and dashboard creation as needed for leadership
- Metrics to identify areas of improvement, develop actionable insights, and implement
- strategies to enhance sales performance
- Prepare models for NDE and segment level growth and key sales KPIs, track their progress through the year
- Tracking of KPIs with regular reporting and governance
- Optimize and manage sales tools, their adoption and processes to drive data influenced decisions and optimize results
- Drive internal and external win loss survey process
- Drive integration of acquired entities from sales perspective
- Drive partner adoption through monthly webinar calendar
Skills
- Experience of working with cross functional teams
- Good communication skills, and ability to effectively interact at all levels of the sales organization
- Proven experience in sales analytics, operations
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and visualization tools
- MBA with 3-5 years of post-MBA experience
