  • Ensure CRM data integrity and improve hygiene parameters to drive analytics on pipeline data for leadership 
  • Help with report and dashboard creation as needed for leadership 
  • Metrics to identify areas of improvement, develop actionable insights, and implement 
  • strategies to enhance sales performance 
  • Prepare models for NDE and segment level growth and key sales KPIs, track their progress through the year 
  • Tracking of KPIs with regular reporting and governance 
  • Optimize and manage sales tools, their adoption and processes to drive data influenced decisions and optimize results 
  • Drive internal and external win loss survey process 
  • Drive integration of acquired entities from sales perspective 
  • Drive partner adoption through monthly webinar calendar  
 
Skills 
  • Experience of working with cross functional teams
  • Good communication skills, and ability to effectively interact at all levels of the sales organization 
  • Proven experience in sales analytics, operations
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and visualization tools 
  • MBA with 3-5 years of post-MBA experience
