Job Description

The Sale Compensation Assistant Manager is responsible for the accurate calculation, validation, reconciliation, and payment of commissions, bonuses, and allowances across Agency and Bancassurance channels. This role also supports compensation-related system enhancements, UAT activities, data analysis, and stakeholder inquiries.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Calculate, validate, and reconcile monthly and quarterly commissions, bonuses, and allowances.
  • Prepare reports, accruals, and compensation statements.
  • Investigate and resolve compensation discrepancies, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Support compensation-related inquiries from internal teams and distribution channels.
  • Participate in UAT, product launches, compensation scheme implementation, and system enhancements.
  • Prepare test scenarios, validate results, perform smoke testing, and support post-release monitoring.
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, IT, Finance, Operations, and Distribution teams on compensation

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Compensation, Commissions Administration, or Business Analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Hands-on experience with data reconciliation and validation.
  • Experience in UAT, system implementation, or business requirement analysis is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SQL is required.
  • Experience with Databricks, Oracle, or other data platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in life insurance, agency compensation, or bancassurance operations is preferred.
