Your Contribution

• Have knowledge and must understand Sales Processes & Sales Office Backend activities.
• Must possess knowledge and experience in handling sales‑related tools & processes, sales KPIs.
• Must have experience of handling Sales and Program related MIS, document management systems etc.
• Must have knowledge of advanced excel, setting up MACROS, VBA.
• Knowledge of quotation process, project acquisition process, customer satisfaction analysis, price & order management activities.
• Person will be responsible for OEM/Customer portal management, Internal Purchase Order management & material price updates to be done at defined intervals for global KAM’s.
• Candidate will also be responsible for preparation & release of sales KPI dashboards, templates & tool developments for sales MAHLE internal (CL2) processes, testing of applications, release of work instructions & process trainings to concerned teams regionally and globally.
• Working in co-ordination with colleagues from other regions and providing them regular updates on the day-to-day progress.

Your Experience and Qualification

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales operations or business support roles.
• Automotive industry experienced is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong process knowledge.
• High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Minimum Requirement:

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office — with expertise in VBA Macros, advanced Excel, data management, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Customer‑focused and results‑oriented.
• Responsible, well‑organized, and a logical thinker.
• Passionate about learning new concepts, technologies, and processes.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
