Job Description

Understand existing process opportunities and recommend a digital solutions

Understand and participate in the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC

Planning

System Analysis and Requirements

System Design

Development

Integration and testing

Implementation

Operation and maintenance

To manage the various operational databases and exports on behalf of the operational area on a day to day basis

To be able to streamline the operational procedure

To produce Management Information and reports, in a timely manner, based on the data extracts

Prepare Adhoc MI required by management

Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor To help to identify inefficiencies to the process and assist to drive process improvements activities

Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules

Analyzing data and deriving meaningful results for the use of management in decision-making.

Ability to work with cross cultural staff

Planning skills ability to prioritize the task and deliver assigned task per define timelines

Any degree in Computer science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience

Experience in implementing or supporting 3 to 4 end to end RPA/Mini RPA Projects

Experience in automation MS Office using VBA

Should have spent minimum two year in the similar profile

Have an analytic frame of mind and Decision making ability

Fluent in HTML CSS and JavaScript Vanilla Web extensions

Python SQL VB and its dialects

Microsoft Visio optional
