About the Brand
Rowing Blazers is an American clothing brand and design lab originally founded by designer, author, archaeologist and former U.S. national team coxswain Jack Carlson in 2017. We’re known for our subversive, inclusive take on “preppy” style and the classics — as well as our celebrity clientele, cult following, and diverse collaborations. Just like Carlson’s celebrated book from which the brand takes its name, Rowing Blazers is a colorful celebration of history, authenticity, fashion and culture; and of the myriad traditions, quirks, myths and lore that supply it all with meaning and continuity.
We are seeking a motivated and service-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our boutique, powered by the Leap Platform. This opportunity is ideal for an emerging retail leader who is passionate about developing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business results.
As the Store Manager's right hand, you will play a key role in leading the daily success of the boutique. You will partner closely with the Store Manager to execute business priorities, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an elevated in-store experience. When the Store Manager is not present, you will confidently lead the business, ensuring sales goals are achieved, operational standards are maintained, and the team is set up for success.
Hourly Pay Range: $29 – $32. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.
