YOUR MISSION

Manage and direct the team to build and allocate the most profitable, balanced, customer focused range which reflects the Brand strategy and showcases PUMA in the market place.

Task 1: Deliver KPIs 20%
- Develop financial plans across the division, agree store level plans, key attributes and grade/store level. Sign off with Senior Management. Deliver divisional.
- Deliver divisional target parameters and plan framework to teams and help direct range build. Communicate agreed targets to relevant key stakeholders and regularly update on re-forecasts and current performance with action plan.

Task 2: Pre and In-Season Management 30%
- Direct and manage the teams in developing seasonal/quarterly strategy, reviewing and identifying lessons learnt from financial KPIs. Sign off targets with GM and Head of Retail & Head of Merchandising.
- Ensure the team’s in-season and pre-season plans and targets are balanced to match space and supports store budgeted plans (sales, margin, APS, density and inventory). Oversee bottom up and top down pre- and in-season targets to reach budget.
- Lead weekly, in-and pre-season KPI top line and divisional performance reviews with Buyer, Planner and Allocation team. Identify opportunities and risks, review with teams and implement action plan for current and future seasons.
- Oversee teams placing orders and size ratios. Ensure teams place and track orders in a timely, effective manner with Purchasing Coordinator.

Task 3: Process Improvement 30%
- Set up of optimum systems, tools and processes to enable Buying, Planning and Allocation teams to deliver results and best practice.
- Work closely with Merchandising team to maximize opportunities and take calculated risks on buys, informing senior management and ensuring that Outlet team is informed.
- Provide weekly and ad hoc feedback on financial performance to Senior Management.

Task 4: Team/Personal 20%
- Develop and leverage a diverse retail workforce.
- Secure succession planning through effective hiring, development, training and staff retention program. Sustain a leadership style of active team involvement that allows talent in the organization to thrive.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Participate and run projects when needed.

YOUR TALENT

Education:
- Bachelor Degree;
- Above Bachelor Degree and relevant subjects plus

Professional:
- 3+ years proven track record at Allocation Manager and/ or Planner level in the international company.
- 2+ years managing a team.

IT Skills:
- Window Office
- Advanced computer skills in MS Excel

Language Skills:
- Superior command of English language
