Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and analyze IOC reports to identify performance gaps and improvement areas.
  • Conduct product performance analysis (top sellers and slow movers).
  • Provide feedback on markdown and pricing strategies.
  • Checking DCS and checking gaps in display in stores.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports including stock take preparation, damage reviews.

Store & Campaign Execution

  • Monitor outlet performance and campaign productivity.
  • Ensure timely implementation of new store displays and stock availability to VM as per guidelines.
  • Push newness representation and ageing stock clearance strategies in stores.
  • Address quality-related issues and manage RTVs.
  • Provide clearance discounts, and broken range consolidation.

Stock Management & Optimization

  • Review stock cover and provide actionable feedback.
  • Monitor rolling availability in furniture and coordinate stock consolidation in household.
  • Manage slow movers, last-piece, expired stock, and liquidation of discontinued products.
  • Collaborate on assortment allocation and pipeline (UDA) reviews.
  • Coordinate mattress range reviews and mattress CNC order creation.

Operations Coordination

  • Conduct ICT checks and approvals.
  • Manage store queries on ranging, de-ranging, and pricing updates.
  • Support B2B stock requirements and warehouse coordination.
  • Handle sample clearance and Trouble code stocks liquidation.
  • Strong control on SED approval processes and checks with follow up on ASN checks.
  • Plan stock plan and liquidation for new store openings and refits.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, QET, buying, and marketing teams.
  • DSD related payments support to vendors to be provided.

Marketing & Visual Merchandising

  • Collaborate with marketing for sale/promo planning and product selection.
  • Support ecommerce photoshoots and online product/price updates.
  • Ensure store standards are maintained as per brand and stock guidelines.

Strategic Planning & SOPs

  • Participate in SOP creation and reviews.
  • Suggest improvements to min-max levels and stock parameters.
  • Manage trouble codes and yearly stock write-offs.
  • Lead warehouse sales (once or twice a year) to ensure stock liquidation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in retail operations, inventory planning, or merchandising.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of Stock systems and retail SOPs is an advantage.
