We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to join our Boots team, supporting two busy and varied stores. With a strong Health & Beauty proposition, a premium No7 offering, an extensive fragrance department, pharmacy services and customer care services, this is a role packed with opportunity to learn, lead and grow.
You'll work closely with experienced leaders across both locations, helping to lead a team of approximately 25 colleagues while driving excellent operational and commercial standards. The role offers exposure to a broad range of store functions and is ideal for someone looking to develop into a future Store Manager.
This is a dual-site role, so flexibility to travel between both stores and the ability to drive are essential.
