We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager to join our restaurant team and support the Restaurant Manager in achieving business excellence. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maximizing profitability, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining seamless operations. • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Manage financial aspects, including sales, inventory, and cost control, to optimize profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, handling complaints, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Determine staffing needs and conduct performance assessments to provide tailored training and development opportunities for team members.
• Implement preventive maintenance routines and ensure the restaurant is well-maintained, clean, and safe.
• Analyze product performance, suggest improvements, and optimize cost elements to maximize profit margins.
• Communicate restaurant performance and company updates to staff through regular meetings and debriefs.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Build partnerships with key governmental and business entities to enhance the restaurant's reputation and network.
• Replace the Restaurant Manager during vacations and emergencies, ensuring seamless operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine guest-centric approach.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, particularly in food and beverage management and stock control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to align with the restaurant's operating hours.
• Familiarity with local rules and regulations, and a commitment to upholding high health and safety standards.
• Strong analytical skills, demonstrated through the ability to interpret data and make informed, strategic decisions.
