Job Description

Quality Management

• Assist in developing and implementing MEP quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor site quality performance to ensure MEP works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and codes.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing in coordination with project teams and third-party agencies.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain up-to-date records of inspections, test results, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Review and verify Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Quality Control Procedures (QCPs) for MEP activities.

Team Coordination

• Liaise with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues.
• Guide site quality inspectors and coordinate with internal QA/QC teams.
• Support in training and awareness programs on quality standards for MEP personnel.
