Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading, coaching & mentoring the QC team & ensuring highest product quality.
  • Cross functional coordination with Purchasing & Sales on raw material quality
  • Be a team member to ensure GMP, Safety and Quality in the entire factory.
  • Implement, maintain, & improve quality systems e.g. BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade & Gluten free.
  • Join in-house and external audits (local raw material suppliers) to ensure proper quality.
  • Assisting all internal and external audits such as BRC, SEDEX, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade, Gluten free, etc.
  • Assist in customer interactions appropriately (complaints, questionnaire, etc).
  • Implement, verify and maintain updated in-scope documentation; Quality manual (QM), Quality procedure (QP), Support document (SD), Work instruction (WI), Form (FM), etc.
  • Other tasks assigned by management.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, Food Technology, Argo-Industry or related fields.
  • 5+ years of QC experience.
  • Experience with GMP/HACCP/BRC/HALAL preferred
  • Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking skills) and Computer literacy.
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
