Leading, coaching & mentoring the QC team & ensuring highest product quality.
Cross functional coordination with Purchasing & Sales on raw material quality
Be a team member to ensure GMP, Safety and Quality in the entire factory.
Implement, maintain, & improve quality systems e.g. BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade & Gluten free.
Join in-house and external audits (local raw material suppliers) to ensure proper quality.
Assisting all internal and external audits such as BRC, SEDEX, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade, Gluten free, etc.
Assist in customer interactions appropriately (complaints, questionnaire, etc).
Implement, verify and maintain updated in-scope documentation; Quality manual (QM), Quality procedure (QP), Support document (SD), Work instruction (WI), Form (FM), etc.
Other tasks assigned by management.
Main Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in food science, Food Technology, Argo-Industry or related fields.
5+ years of QC experience.
Experience with GMP/HACCP/BRC/HALAL preferred
Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking skills) and Computer literacy.
Analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
