Job Description

• Assist in planning and executing retail store opening, renovation, relocation, and refurbishment projects.
• Coordinate with Design, Projects, VM, Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
• Support project timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and external vendors.
• Track project progress and highlight delays, risks, and dependencies to the Project Manager.
• Assist in reviewing BOQs, quotations, drawings, layouts, and project-related documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure work is aligned with approved plans and brand standards.
• Coordinate store handover activities and ensure all pending works are closed before opening.
• Maintain project trackers, status reports, meeting minutes, and documentation.
• Follow up on procurement, material deliveries, approvals, and installation schedules.
• Support snagging and ensure timely closure of issues identified during project execution.
• Ensure projects comply with company policies, health & safety requirements, and relevant local regulations.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
