  • Establish, monitor, and control the schedule baseline; ensure all schedule changes are approved, documented, and managed through the formal Change Management process.
  • Track and analyse contractor weekly and monthly progress submissions,
validate physical progress against installed quantities, and reconcile with earned-value performance metrics (SPI, CPI, % complete, planned vs actual S-curves).
  • Identify and report critical-path activities, schedule slippages, float
erosion, and forecast project completion dates; recommend mitigation
and recovery actions to the Project Director.
  • Coordinate with discipline leads, PMC, and contractors to ensure

  • Prepare and issue weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management decks; ensure consistency, accuracy, and on-time
    submission.
  • Maintain the project risk-adjusted schedule, supporting risk identification, quantitative schedule risk analysis (QSRA) where applicable, and contingency / float management.
  • Support claims and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments through forensic schedule analysis, delay analysis, and impact assessments; provide planning evidence for contractual reviews.
  • Maintain the resource histograms, manpower curves, and equipment /
plant deployment forecasts for early identification of resource bottlenecks.
  • Conduct planning reviews and audits of contractor schedules to validate logic, durations, sequencing, calendars, and constraints in line with industry best practice.
  • Champion the use of integrated project controls tools (P6, Power BI, MS
