Key Responsibilities

• Manage MEP works throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, progress monitoring, and timely project completion.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Review contractors' method statements and shop drawings to verify compliance with design requirements and applicable standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, vendors, developers, and third parties to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with relevant departments and authorities to ensure all statutory and local authority requirements are fulfilled during project execution.
• Identify, evaluate, and report potential scope changes, variations, and cost implications.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare technical assessment reports for new stores, renovations, and refurbishment projects.
• Support project closeout activities, including snagging, testing & commissioning, and documentation handover.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably within retail fit-out or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Thorough understanding of local regulations, industry codes, and engineering standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
