Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer order fulfilment within the WTG manufacturing unit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, logistics, Techno-commercial, Engineering and Finance to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Track and report project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to project execution, customer requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Support project managers in preparing reports, presentations, and customer updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate customer visits, audits, and inspections at the manufacturing site.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in project coordination/order fulfilment or customer support within the wind energy or heavy manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of WTG components/Renewable Energy Sector and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and project management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
