Coordinate team tasks, assist in p Role: A2/B1 Analytics PMO

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with relevant departments to get different types of contracts executed and maintain a tracker for contract expirations.
• Handle invoice processing and associated gross/net accounting.
• Handle revenue forecasting, project performance monitoring and adjustments. Further support month end activities.
• File timesheets to ensure accurate tagging of resources ensuring compliance.
• Ensure co-cordial relationship with vendor for smooth execution of PO& MRS creation.
• Ensure completion of annual compliance activities and mandatory organizational training at account level.
• Support internal and external audits through documentation and coordination.
• Prepare regular MIS reports and performance trackers as per requirements.
• Deliver administrative support across business functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage and distribute accurate Minutes of Meetings and tracking follow-ups.
• Provide shift support across IST/EST time zones.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years’ of relevant experience in PMO or related functions in global companies supporting US time zone availability.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s from a reputed university; background in commerce, accounting or audit preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and process management skills.
• Skilled in managing virtual meetings and collaboration tools.
• Team player with a proactive approach to process improvements.
• Experience in consulting or analytics is a plus
