Location: Noida,Uttar Pradesh,India

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and follow project plan (schedule, resource, and financial), and reports project status to senior management team at project review meeting.
• Arrange project kick-off meeting and follow on project meetings with project team. Control and monitor the progress of whole project.
• Create and maintain budget and material costs spending.
• Ensure that the team follows the APQP process and that all documentation relating to the status of the project is correctly managed and updated.
• Organize the review of project planning sign off ,design sign off, process sign off and validation sign off, present in monthly sign-off meeting.
• Evaluate project results including confirmation of project deliverables.
• Direct, lead and motivate teams and hold team members accountable to deliver results within an agreed project scope and timeline.
• Engage with customer. Understand latest Norgren requirements and technologies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or related fields
• Project Management Training - PMP certificate preferred
• Min. 10 years of working experience with 7+ years engineering project management experience in commercial vehicle industry
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Experienced in managing end-to-end product development, including managing cross functional team members across multiple sites (preferred)
• Experienced in APQP or Stage-gate process including FMEA
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills, time management and awareness of business and finance implications
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the organization. Clear logical mind, accountable, and result oriented.
• Self-motivated and able to handle pressure
