A highly critical and visibleposition within theProfessional Educationteam that is responsible for creation and execution professional education (ProfEd) strategy for theTrauma and MITEK business portfolio in India for Health Care Professionals; including development of learning continuums, designing customized hybrid modes of education to enable access, forging external partnerships, and deploying new technologies and learning strategies that will guarantee the flawless deployment of the medical education strategies & concepts developed in collaboration with the regional team and DePuy Synthes Business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Course Development
Design and create customized Professional Education courses for theTrauma and MITEKbusiness in collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and the Business Unit (BU).
Digital Education Integration
Ensure the effective use of digital education tools by creating and implementing courses that efficiently educate healthcare professionals. This will includeutilizingvirtual reality (VR), online platforms, and tools such as Jji.com andProximieto enhance the learning experience for HCPs.
Education Strategy Development
Develop an Education Strategy for new product introductions (NPIs) that are in the pipeline, aimed at training surgeons on the safe and effective use of NPIs.
Design & develop customized Professional Education courses forTrauma and MITEK business in collaboration with KOLs, BU
Ensuring seamlessutilizationof digital education tools and creating and implementing courses to efficiently educate healthcare professionals. This includes the use of virtual reality (VR), onlinetools,Jji.com,Proximieto enhance the learning experience of HCPs
Develop an Education Strategy on -NPIs which will be lot in the Pipeline – Making a strategy to train the surgeons on safe and effective use of –Trauma and MITEKNPIs
Requirement
Professional Education Implementation (80%)
Develop and implement professional education strategies aimed at engaging HCPsregardingthe safe and effective use of DePuy SynthesTrauma and MITEKproducts.
Faculty Development
Identify, onboard, and train faculty members to support the development of our Professional Education Program, including the creation of internal and external communications.
Collaboration
Foster strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to assess and implement innovative training technologies and models that align with our Professional Educationobjectives
Contract Management
Manage contracts with key education suppliers to ensure quality and compliance.
Event Logistics
Oversee the logistical management of educational events conducted by theTrauma and MITEKPortfolio Marketing /Sales team
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory regulations and medical associations in the respective countries.
Innovative Programs
Support Professional Education initiatives by developing innovative programs and channels tailored toTrauma and MITEKin different countries.
Hands-On Training
Collaborate closely with Johnson & Johnson Institutes tofacilitatehands-on training sessions for HCPs.
JNJ Institute Academy
Create a JNJ Institute Academy focused onTrauma and MITEKprograms toensure safeuse of effective training for HCPs.
Course Development
Formulate operating guidelines, design course brochures, and developappropriate trainingmaterials.
Academic Partnerships
Work collaboratively with medical colleges, academic institutions, and medical associations to drive Professional Education programs ofTrauma and MITEKPortfolio
Technical Support
Provide technicalassistanceto Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information.
Performance Dashboard
Manage the Professional Education dashboard across franchises tomonitorand report on progress.
Cross-Regional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with professional education partners across APAC, US, EMEA, Latin America, etc., to enhance HCP knowledge exchange programs.
Centre of Excellence Development
Develop a Centre of Excellence inTrauma and MITEKaimed at training a broader pool of surgeons on product knowledge and procedural learning.
GuidelinesComplianceIncorporate the new guidelines (UCPMPMD) into the design and implementation ofTrauma and MITEKprograms, ensuring compliance with local government regulations. Adhering to these requirements is a key and mandatory aspect of our educational initiatives.
Digital education across DPS –10%
Working closely with the Regional Digital educationteam &Local Digital education Manger for content development in JJI.com
Ensuring HCPs more footfall in the jji.com and develop customized education for them
Improve and adopt tele mentoring to expand reach and drive efficiency.
Working with Global team on the content inclusion in the VR Headsets.
Dashboard for DPS (Data Matrix) – 10%

Qualification
Education:MBA candidates are preferred / science Graduates
Minimum 5 years’experience surgicalspecialties
(Desirable) Experience in professional Education; in developing and implementing fully integrated learning solutions.
(Desirable) Experience in leading businesses, with proven ability to understand business strategy and translate it intoeducationalsolutions (Professional, Commercial and Marketing Education) that support the company’s business goals.
Excellent communication, analytical, conflict management, complex project management, peoplemanagementand development skills arerequired
Demonstrated ability to use digital tools(LearningManagement Systems) for training and education.
High technological and business aptitude isrequired
Medical ethics and compliance.
