Requirements:

• 
  Bachelors degree in Textile/Industrial Engineering/Garment Manufacturing.
• 4-5 years of experience in garment production leading teams in a Supervisory capacity.
• Excellent people management skills, interpersonal skills, ability to manage cross-functional teams, excellent organizational and follow-up skills, good problem-solving, team building, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Technical Knowledge of: Lean Six Sigma, Production Management, QC tools.
• Operational Understanding of: Process layouts, Line Balancing, Workforce calculation, Machines awareness, and Sewing Processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production targets in the most effective and efficient manner in line with customer specifications, quality standards, delivery expectations, and cost management.
• Support collaboration with support departments to resolve day-to-day operational and manufacturing problems related to workforce availability, material shortages, machine installation/replacement/downtimes to ensure minimum cost and operational delays.
• Aid in performing Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) pertaining to failures during garment manufacturing, processes, and other production-oriented operations to continually improve systems and performance.
• Assist in recruiting and developing workforce plans to fill future skill requirements, including workforce skills enhancement training through assessment and rotations.
• Implement quality and lean systems tools including 5S, QMI, Process Audits, Policy Deployment, and other proactive quality management practices under the guidance of the Deputy Manager.
• Ensure that the department and workforce operate in accordance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures for workforce safety and wellbeing.
