Job Description

Objectives of the Position

  • To support daily Supply Network Planning operations for the Engineering Plastics in Pasir Gudang plant.
  • Ensuring timely raw material availability, accurate production planning, system maintenance, compliance with audit requirements, and preparation of monthly reports.

Main Tasks

  • Issue a monthly production schedule to determine the production volume to be produced on each extruder line every month.
  • Received MPS from SCM Regional to prepare detailed production scheduling on monthly basis.
  • Assist in data processing of all production information after each run, according to BASF procedures, and keying them into the SAP system (GR/GI)
  • Assist in issuing the feed preparation information as per the official recipe to the Production Supervisor for each production run in both SAP and MES barcode.
  • Responsible for aging stocks control for raw materials
  • Liaise closely with SCM, and A-PMA on all changes and arrangements of production, stock, and schedule accordingly.
  • Responsible for new Material Master request in Bizagi for 3rd party raw material. If Finish Goods only for the change of packaging type.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Diploma in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related field
  • Preferably 3-4 years related experience
  • Experienced in using SAP R/3 for daily operations
