Ready for a career glow-up? As Assistant Manager, Marketing Production, you’ll lead the production and execution of brand-owned fixtures and retail graphics that bring creative concepts to life across Sephora stores in Canada. The work you do will impact beauty, as you deliver high-quality in-store displays and printed materials that elevate the client experience and reflect Canadian business priorities. What You’ll Do:
- Lead the production of fixture graphics and custom merchandisers, delivering high-quality outputs on time and within budget while confidently managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide clear, timely, and accurate inputs, including timelines, quotes, sizing, and material recommendations
- Own end-to-end vendor management, including sourcing, competitive bidding, cost negotiation, and partner selection, ensuring quality, value, and seamless delivery across all production initiatives
- Apply your expertise in production design to uphold quality control standards, guide expectations, and ensure excellence across prototypes and finished goods
- Manage vendor performance by monitoring KPIs, maintaining strong relationships, and resolving store-related tickets efficiently
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to prioritize projects, align on timelines, and ensure smooth execution across initiatives
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of fixtures, graphics, and dielines to support knowledge sharing across Marketing and cross-functional teams
- Support financial planning by providing accurate forecasts and month-end budget inputs to drive cost-effective production
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance workflows, optimize processes, and implement new ways of working where needed
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies, continuously improving how work is delivered
- Drive innovation through research and development, exploring new materials, technologies, and manufacturing solutions to elevate in-store experiences
What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in project, production, or visual merchandising roles within an advertising or marketing environment
- A university degree, college diploma, or equivalent relevant training
- Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across creative, merchandising, marketing, and project management teams
- Confidence working with numbers, including forecasting and managing budgets with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable clear and effective collaboration
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive within a team and contribute positively to shared goals
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve processes and ways of working
- A positive, solution-oriented approach, with the ability to embrace change and navigate evolving priorities
- Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Adobe Creative Suite, Ziflow, or project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com) is an asset
- Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to confidently manage unexpected changes and urgent projects
- Flexibility to support business needs, including travel or in-store setup of visual displays as required
