Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead and inspire our production team.   • Proven track record in implementing successful improvement initiatives and handling customer complaints.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
