Assistant Manager Production (Tyre & Tube)

Darson Industries is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Assistant Manager Production (Tyre & Tube) to oversee production operations, improve process efficiency and ensure consistent product quality while achieving departmental performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze departmental KPIs to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Ensure effective process control and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime and maximize production efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company procedures.

Qualification

• B.Sc. in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in tyre and tube manufacturing.

Requirements & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of tyre and tube manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of production planning, process control and quality assurance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and team management abilities.
