Responsible for the planning and execution of production processes. monitor quality standards and costs and provide administrative support. Duties include procuring raw materials and equipment, appointing laborers, and liaizing with other departments.
• Responsible for preparing production plan and forward to Executive to prepare Daily plan.
• Overseeing the production activity
• Ensure timely compliance of all manufacturing activities as per SOP & maintain all required records.
• Maintain All activities Related Production in SAP & BMR.
• Maintain departmental records required by QA and Management
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers.
• Audit face and fulfil the challenges during audit with timely.
• Responsible for identifying training needs and ensuring proper training is provided
• Assist to Sr. Production Manager in daily activities and all system work.
• Monitoring of production activities and processes as per GMP and safety norms
• Responsible to Plan Production, For maintenance & utility operations communication with maintenance department for smooth operation.
• Arrangement of Raw material, packing material required for production department through store department.
• Communication & Co-ordination with all internal departments.
• Coordinate with technical team for new project in production.
• Follow EHS and HR Policy of Company.
• Comply with applicable environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations, company policy, and accepted safe work practices
