Working Location: Empire Tower (100% onsite, accessible via BTS Chong Nonsi)

We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Owner to lead the full product lifecycle—from strategy and roadmap development to launch and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for shaping innovative solutions aligned with business objectives, driving customer-centric features, and ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong product management experience in fintech, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Lead the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
• Engage with customers regularly to gather feedback and validate product features.
• Define and monitor key product metrics and performance indicators.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective product launches.
• Manage the roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, refine feature ideas and maintain existing features to
drive business goals.
• Produce high-level product requirements, iterate with your design and engineering teams.
• Understand data analysis and support the data-driven decision.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature.

Requirements

Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in product management.
• Relevant experience in a Fintech Company
• Technical background will be a plus.
• Proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan,
execute, and track product releases from beginning to end.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the
job done.
• High energy, hands-on, detailed-oriented and able to work independently.
• High degree of self-initiative, proactive and self-driven to drive results.
• Able to think outside the box, innovate and differentiate.
• Good organizing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast paced, culturally diverse and hands-on environment.
