Job Responsibilities

  • Own day‑to‑day Comp Reporting System (“CRS”) operations, including system monitoring, user support, access management, and issue resolution.

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of CRS data and reporting; investigate and resolve discrepancies.

  • Act as CRS subject matter expert, managing system enhancements, UAT, documentation, and audit readiness and adherence to LVS Global Standards

  • Serve as Finance representative and liaison for projects involving business units, IT, and vendors, ensuring Finance requirements are clearly articulated and addressed.

  • Engage NGO Finance teams to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support digital transformation while maintaining strong Finance controls.

  • Manage assigned projects end‑to‑end, from discovery through implementation, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are met.

  • Provide technical and system support to NGO teams as required.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline

Experience

  • Minimum 5years of relevant experience in Finance and/or IT functions, preferably within the hospitality or similarly complex operational environment.

  • At least 1–2 years of hands‑on project management experience, including managing system or process initiatives end to end (e.g. requirements gathering, coordination with stakeholders, UAT, and implementation support).

Other Prerequisites

  • Strong attention to detail with well‑developed analytical skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Solid working knowledge of hospitality systems, including Point‑of‑Sale (POS), Inventory Management, Property Management Systems (Opera), and other related operational platforms.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Visio.
