Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager – PowerBI Developer

As a Power BI Developer, you’ll transform data into intuitive, interactive dashboards through thoughtful design and efficient data modeling. You’ll collaborate closely with business, data, and product teams to ensure insights are accurate, performant, and aligned with user needs—delivering a cohesive, data-driven decision-making experience. Translate Estimate Quality data into trusted, actionable metrics and insights by designing analytics-ready data models and delivering impactful Power BI reports.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing complex business requirements and developing data visualizations and reports to provide insights to decision makers.

• Data Transformations and Modelling using Power BI Query Editor.

• Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models.

• Advanced calculations (Aggregate, Date, Logical, String, Table etc.)

• Deploying best practices in visualization based on industry knowledge.

• Experienced in implementing row level security on data and understanding application security layer models in Power BI.

• SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data.

• Troubleshooting of Power BI reporting solutions including investigation of data issues, data validation and balancing.

• Data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Relevant years of experience in PowerBI Development.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, DAX expressions, and report/dashboard development.

• Ability to learn and respond quickly to the fast-changing business environment

• Ability to multitask and excellent interpersonal skills

• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach

• Ability to work in an agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement

• Self-motivated and eager to learn

• A team player and able to lead and initiate

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Proactive mindset with a high willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies—including AI and automation frameworks.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in fast-paced environments.

• Curiosity and openness to experimenting with AI-driven tools to continuously improve engineering processes.
